Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

The role requires no prior experience; paid training is provided and your RBT certification is fully covered. A supportive team environment and predictable daytime hours are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Childcare or caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
