Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data.

No experience is required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, daytime schedule (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; training provided and RBT certification paid.
• No experience required; paid training available.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
