Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Chandler, AZ is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and activities.

The role starts immediately with paid training and 100% coverage for the RBT certification. Bachelor's degree is required; strong childcare experience is a plus, and you will join a dedicated team in a predictable daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof (diploma or transcript) before offer.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
