Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect basic session data, and help kids learn through play and structured activities.

Position offers predictable daytime hours, paid training, and a first raise after earning the RBT certification. Full-time, with potential Saturday shifts based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
