Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect basic session data, and help kids learn through play while staying active and engaged throughout therapy. A Bachelor’s degree is required and paid training with RBT certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; proof of degree must be provided during hiring.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Ages 18+ and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities.
