Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, delivering play-based ABA therapy and following personalized treatment plans. You will help kids learn through play and activities while maintaining a safe, organized environment and collaborating closely with a supportive team.

Begin with paid RBT certification, with a strong emphasis on reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to maintain active pace with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team minded; may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed
