Qualifications

• Childcare or related experience is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification will be provided and paid for during employment.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (lift up to 30 lbs).
• Proof of degree (diploma or transcript) required during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Refer to available online video of a Behavior Technician at work.
