Magnet ABA Therapy in Burlington, VT is hiring a compassionate Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will deliver direct 1:1 therapy, collect and record client data, and assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.

In-person work location is required. You will reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, and maintain positive relationships with families.
