Magnet ABA Therapy in New Bedford, MA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training is provided; prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
