Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will administer therapy, collect progress data, and help implement behavior support plans in a direct-service capacity.

You will work with clients to teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with the BCBA and families to ensure positive, consistent outcomes. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
