Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA services. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data on client progress, and support the development of behavior plans.

Direct one-on-one therapy will focus on social, communication, and daily living skills with families involved. Prior experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
