Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated professionals to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in an in-person setting. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and precise data recording to track progress and guide treatment adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
