Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to work under a BCBA, delivering ABA-based interventions in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll implement BIPs, collect data, and help children build essential life skills while tracking progress and ensuring ethical, confidential care.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA-based interventions in real settings.
• Ability to collect accurate data and log progress.
• Strong communication with clients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized BIPs to meet each client's needs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT and NAT teaching.
• Accurately record and log client behavior data.
• Help clients develop communication, social, self-care, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust interventions.
• Share progress updates with clients, caregivers, and team.
• Engage in ongoing ABA professional development.
