Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism, delivering tailored interventions in home or community settings.

Assist in data collection, supervision, and parent training while maintaining professional boundaries and communicating with the BCBA and team. This role offers growth, education support, and a collaborative culture as part of a high-standard ABA company in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes
• Must possess a High School Diploma
