Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Missouri is hiring an RBT to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with children and young adults in home or community settings.

You will implement behavioral plans, participate in BCBA trainings, and maintain clear communication with the supervising BCBA. Expect supervision, data entry responsibilities, and ongoing professional development within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or exposure to autism preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in roles like nanny, teacher, or daycare may help.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at minimum 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries with pediatric patients and families as per BACB.
• Enter data and trials daily for each patient for all programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings as required.
