Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our play-based ABA team. You will deliver direct therapy, work with BCBA supervisors, and document behavior data for assigned clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of about 30 therapy hours per week, participating in weekly team meetings, and supporting families to promote progress. A high school diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days of hire are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
