Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in the United States seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one therapy designed to help learners reach their full potential.

You will implement ABA-based plans, record session notes and data, support caregivers, and collaborate with the BCBA. The role offers full-time hours, paid time off, RBT training, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans with BCBA guidance.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and keep caregivers updated on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets, record data on behaviors.
• Use engaging materials to motivate learners; support multiple clinics if needed.
