LITTLE MASTERS DEVELOPMENT CENTER L is seeking dedicated ABA assistants to implement programs under BCBA supervision in a structured center setting. You will work with children 1:1 or in small groups, collecting data and supporting skill development.

Qualifications

• Birth to Grade 2 Certification or LMSW, no ABA experience required.
• Psychology, Education, or related field background preferred.
• Passion for working with children; willingness to learn and be coached.
• We’ll train you properly – not throw you into chaos.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Work 1:1 with children or support small structured groups.
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP).
• Build real developmental progress – not just clock hours.
