Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 in a center-based, full-time role. You’ll engage in one-on-one sessions using natural play, document progress, and collaborate with families under BACB guidelines.

No travel is required; the team emphasizes growth through training, supervision, and Propel career advancement toward BCBA or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children 2-12 using ABA techniques
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under supervision of BCBA
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials
• Attend required trainings and stay updated on BACB guidelines
• Pursue certification goals like becoming a BCBA or Team Lead
