LITTLE MASTERS DEVELOPMENT CENTER L is seeking ABA professionals to deliver play-based ABA services to toddlers in center-based or home-based settings. Entry-level candidates with Birth to Grade 2 Certification or LMSW and a willingness to learn will be trained and supported; experienced therapists can lead sessions with BCBA supervision and grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates must have Birth to Grade 2 Certification or LMSW; ABA experience not required.
• Candidates should demonstrate a passion for working with toddlers and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced therapists must have prior ABA experience and strong data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Work 1:1 with children or support small structured groups.
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP).
• Build real developmental progress, not just clock hours.
