Job summary

Little Masters Development Center L is seeking compassionate professionals to grow a career in ABA through home-based early intervention with toddlers (ages 2–3). You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide 1:1 therapy in a home setting across Bronx zip codes.

You’ll collect and record data, collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff, and help children develop communication, social, and developmental skills.

Qualifications

• Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW is required.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care.
• Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance.
• Preferred: Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Previous ABA experience is welcome; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.
• Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills.
