Job summary

Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals to grow a career in ABA. You will work with toddlers (ages 2-3) in a home-based setting, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision and providing 1:1 therapy sessions.

We offer comprehensive training, bi-monthly pay, and opportunities for advancement as you build meaningful communication and developmental skills in young children across Brooklyn communities.

Qualifications

• Birth-Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
• Passion for working with young children
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
• Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Previous ABA experience (not required - we provide comprehensive training)

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions
• Collect and record data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
• Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills

Education
