Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Oswego, IL clinic. You will deliver direct ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision, and you will collaborate with families to support progress.

The role includes data collection, documentation, and participation in weekly ABA team meetings. RBT certification must be active within 60 days of hire, with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using various computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the clinic’s ABA team.
