Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join the Loves Park clinic.

You will deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, engaging with families to support skill acquisition and generalization in play-based sessions. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification within 60 days and a high school diploma, with strong communication skills and comfort working with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision for guidance and feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the ABA clinic team.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 therapy hours per week.
