Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Join our Oak Lawn clinic and help children progress in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will implement direct ABA therapy, collect behavior data, document progress, and participate in weekly team meetings with the ABA team while building strong relationships with families and children we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team.
