Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Joliet, IL. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver engaging, play-based ABA therapy for children with special needs.

The role involves implementing ABA services, collaborating with BCBAs, and maintaining accurate data and documentation. A HS diploma is required, and RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
