Job summary

Ability Builders is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays in a collaborative team setting. You will support communication, play, and daily living skills through child-centered interactions while implementing BCBA-designed plans.

Full-time schedule (35–37.5 hours/week) with guaranteed 30 hours; paid training and RBT certification support are provided, along with ongoing bonuses and tuition

Qualifications

• Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children.
• Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Maintain daily session notes and documentation.
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
