Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities in a supportive clinic environment.

This full-time role offers predictable hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), optional Saturdays, and clear growth paths into leadership and BCBA tracks, plus paid RBT certification and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work via provided video.
