Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a supportive, child‑centered environment. This role emphasizes positive reinforcement, teaching new skills, and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Completed 40‑hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities
