Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, direct communication with supervising BCBA, and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months ABA therapy experience or 1 year with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to undergo background check
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes
• High School Degree required
• Experience in nanny, teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, special education, early childhood education provider, daycare teacher, psychology degree facilitated transition to RBT role

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings with early learners and young adults with autism.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain open, direct communication with the BCBA and RBT team members.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families as BACB guidelines.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
