Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires 6 months of ABA-related experience (preferred), strong communication, reliable transportation, and a willingness to undergo a background check. We offer a supportive, growth-oriented workplace with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and team; participate in trainings and supervision as needed.
