Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA supervisors, and compassionate client engagement.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT, work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
