Blue Gems ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect progress data in real time, and collaborate with families and caregivers to support meaningful skill development.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or are eligible to obtain one) and have a HS diploma or higher.

Formación

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions
