Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent outcomes.

Applicants should hold an active RBT certification (or be eligible), have a HS diploma, and possess reliable transportation. Experience with autism is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• HS diploma required; related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to generalize skills.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
