Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy and follow individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior plans and skill-building programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
