Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide direct, one-on-one instruction to develop functional skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with the BCBA and team, and delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive outcomes for clients

Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and implement BIPs with fidelity.
Ability to collect accurate data for progress tracking.
Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques.
Collect data on client progress using designated tools.
Help clients acquire functional skills across domains.
Foster a positive learning environment and promote independence.
Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust strategies.
Communicate progress updates with families and team members.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
