Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized ABA plans, deliver one-on-one instruction, and collect progress data in homes, schools, and community settings. This role focuses on teaching functional skills, collaborating with the BCBA and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of interventions.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes, schools, or community settings.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and promoting a positive environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques, including DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive learning environment to promote engagement, motivation, and independence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate progress updates with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA.
