Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a capable Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based, one-on-one therapy to clients across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse/neglect registry check must be clear.
• Clear MVR background check (as required by position).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients under supervision of BCBA and managers.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.
• Support clients in developing life and communication skills.
• Assist in implementing ABA-based intervention plans.
• Document progress and communicate with team to achieve goals.
