Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help families understand progress while applying respectful, client-centered approaches.

This in-person role emphasizes collaboration, precise data recording, and ongoing training. Prior experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
