Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs and record client progress.

You will teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, and maintain positive relationships with clients and families. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
