Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Belton, TX is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician role. You'll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification. Prospective candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, be 18+, and ready to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data

• Observe and learn in a supportive ABA therapy setting
