Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and social skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with BCBAs, teachers, and families to ensure consistent interventions. Must be able to work in center-based and school-based settings and adapt to each child's needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Record accurate data on client progress and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families, and school staff for consistent interventions.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt approaches to individual client needs.
• Ensure ethical standards and organizational policies are followed.
