Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as an ABA Therapist. You will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans to support skill acquisition, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and promote independence across educational and social settings. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using appropriate ABA and safety care techniques.
