Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized plans to support skill acquisition and independence across educational and social settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, session notes, teamwork with teachers and families, and adapting therapy materials. Prior experience with developmental disabilities is preferred, and you will follow BACB ethics and

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach skills.
• Record data, maintain notes, and report progress to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families, and school staff.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt materials to client needs.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and organizational policies.
