Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in a supportive team environment. The role includes supervision, mentorship, and ongoing clinical training to help you grow in your ABA career.

We offer fellowship and early mentoring programs to guide those pursuing BCBA certification, plus structured onboarding, career development, and a collaborative clinical model emphasizing consistent care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
