Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under supervision. The role supports families and follows a BCBA-guided treatment plan, working afternoons from 2pm to 8pm with a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Ongoing training and growth opportunities are available within a flexible schedule framework.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred for in-home ABA sessions.
• Experience with in-home 1:1 ABA service delivery is advantageous.
• Familiarity with collecting and submitting data electronically is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors while reducing barriers to learning, safety, or social opportunities per the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Experience

Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
