Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services for individuals with ASD. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus and a flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours from 2pm to 8pm.

You will support treatment plans, collect data, and maintain open communication with families and supervisors, contributing to client progress and service quality.

Qualifications

• In-home 1:1 ABA service delivery for individuals with ASD.
• Ability to follow patients' treatment plan and collect data.
• Excellent communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
• Preferred: 1 year in special education.
• Preferred: 1 year in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:
