Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The position offers afternoon hours from 2pm to 8pm and pays $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus a $250 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year (preferred) in special education or ABA-related work.
• Experience with ABA procedures and data collection is preferred.
• Arabic/Bengali language skills are a plus for family interactions.

• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
