Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-12, focusing on play-based skill building and communication development.

As part of a fun, supportive team, you’ll receive top-notch RBT training, work Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 4:45 pm, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, career growth, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Able to lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Able to restrain/hold/transport per Behavior Support Plan.
• Ability to sit, kneel, squat, crawl, or stand for extended periods.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Support BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Engage in required trainings and maintain professional growth.
• Work toward becoming an RBT if not already certified.
