Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services in the New Jersey area. The role supports children with autism under supervision, with a 2pm–8pm afternoon schedule and a competitive hourly rate.

The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, paid training, and growth opportunities such as Lead RBT or Full Time RBT roles as you gain experience.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in Special Education (Preferred)
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
